Head to Health pop up clinics provide free mental health and wellbeing support for those who are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed, or are worried about themselves or someone they care about.
The clinics offer support from a multi-disciplinary team including mental health support workers, psychologists, mental health nurses, mental health occupational therapists, social workers, and peer workers with a lived experience of mental illness and recovery.
We offer video and phone supported mental health and assessment services, as well as face-to-face support where recommended by a clinician.
If you or someone you care for needs immediate emergency assistance, please call 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14.
