Hawkesbury Head to Health is a free and confidential service offering mental health and wellbeing support for adults in a calm, safe and welcoming environment. 

You can walk in and get support from our team without an appointment from 1pm until we close Monday to Saturday. 

Neami Nepean-Penrith provides individual support for mental illness, mental health needs alongside housing and homelessness support. We support people in their recovery while also helping them to strengthen their connections to the community and support networks.

Penrith Head to Health is a free and confidential service for adults who are experiencing distress, or who are worried about themselves or someone they care about. 

We provide caring, calm and inclusive mental health and wellbeing support for people over the age of 18. 

Neami Seven Hills provides individual recovery support for mental illness and mental health needs in the Western Sydney area.

We support people in their recovery while also helping them to strengthen their connections to the community and support networks.

Neami Merrylands provides individual recovery support to people experiencing mental health challenges in the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD).

We support you in your recovery while also strengthening your connections to your community and support networks. We work with you to identify your own strengths, values, and goals to help you to move towards the life you want.

Liverpool Head to Health is a free and confidential service for adults who are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed or are worried about themselves. 

We provide caring, calm and inclusive mental health and wellbeing support for people over the age of 18.
