Bek (she/her) is a qualitative researcher, passionate about participatory approaches to research and evaluation and their potential to disrupt the status quo and redistribute power. She spends most of her time exploring the conditions that support and sustain Lived Experience workforces, as well as supporting Neami’s Research & Evaluation Committee. She draws on learnings from studies in social work, gender studies, and cinema studies.
