Dr Mathew Ling

Research and Evaluation Lead

Mathew is a social scientist with a background in psychology. He has oversight of consumer feedback, clinical governance and operational data reporting, supports consumer data management, and manages research and evaluation projects.

He brings particular expertise in transparent and reproducible research, and quantitative analysis, and is committed to applying this to ensuring the best possible consumer outcomes and organisational governance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and PhD in Psychology and is an Honorary Research Fellow at Deakin University.
