About this service
Hawkesbury Head to Health is a free and confidential service for adults who are experiencing distress, or who are worried about themselves or someone they care about.
We provide caring, calm and inclusive mental health and wellbeing support for people over the age of 18.
We’re currently establishing a physical service centre for Hawkesbury Head to Health in Richmond, NSW. Meanwhile, appointments are available at 111 Henry Street, Penrith Head to Health 2750 or a local clinic in Richmond.

What to expect
Find a way forward, together.
The free and confidential service will offer caring, friendly, and inclusive support for people who are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed or are worried about themselves or someone they care about.
No referral is needed.
The service will provide:
- immediate help to reduce distress
- help to safely cope with thoughts of suicide
- help to navigate through a crisis
- support to improve your wellbeing
- help to connect with ongoing support.
We will also offer support for carers and families of people experiencing distress.
