Delivering impact: Neami’s Housing and Homelessness Services 2024–25

28 October 2025

At Neami, our housing and homelessness services are dedicated to supporting peoples’ safety and wellbeing, and contributing to healthier, more connected communities.

In the 2024-25 financial year, we supported over 2,500 people in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia who were experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Through 14 dedicated services, we achieved high rates of tenancy establishment and sustained housing, which are key indicators of long-term impact. In addition, we’re a major partner in the Geelong Zero project, which has housed 150 rough sleepers since its launch in 2022.

Our teams deliver street-based assertive outreach and supportive housing programs, responding flexibly to the complex challenges of homelessness.

These efforts are strengthened by partnerships with local health services, housing providers, First Nations community organisations and other stakeholders – collaborations that have been vital to achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes.

We remain committed to delivering quality services that make a real difference in people’s lives and to our communities.
