A homeless man sits at an intersection, in the middle of the city, for several hours. People walk past looking straight ahead or looking down. No one wants to make eye contact. No one approaches or talks to him. He feels invisible. My hope for the future is that more can be done to support individuals with mental health challenges who find themselves homeless.
