About the service

The Eastern Melbourne Psychosocial Support Service offers individual coaching and group activities for people who live with ongoing mental health challenges that affect their daily life.

Who is this for?

This service is for people who:

  • live or work in Eastern Melbourne (services in Boronia, Glen Waverley and Thomastown)
  • experience mental health challenges that impact their quality of life
  • are not accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

What to expect

Accessing the service

Anyone can make a referral to the Eastern Melbourne Psychosocial Support Service including:

  • you
  • your doctor or General Practitioner (GP)
  • a family member or friend
  • other mental health or health services.
