What to expect
Young people live on site for up to 12 months while taking part in the program.
During this time, we work with you in ways that support your wellbeing, confidence and what matters to you.
These can include:
- self-responsibility, including setting goals and reviewing your progress
- understanding your behaviours and emotions
- self-care
- ways to manage difficult times, and
- independent living skills.
We can also work with you to strengthen and maintain connections with your local community, (chosen) family and social networks, and support you to work towards your goals for work and/or study.
The service is run by a transdisciplinary team of community support workers, including people with a lived experience of mental health challenges and service use, and a service manager.
There are weekly fees/costs for participants.
Please contact us for more information or to discuss your situation.
You can stay for a maximum of 12 months.
