What to expect
Young people live on site for up to 12 months while taking part in the program.
During this time, we’ll work with you in key areas of self-development, so you feel capable and confident to live a life that has meaning and purpose.
These can include:
- self-responsibility, including setting goals and reviewing your progress
- understanding your behaviours and emotions
- self-care
- building healthy coping skills, and
- independent living skills.
We can also work with you to develop and maintain links with your local community, family and social networks, and support you to work towards your goals for work and/or study.
The service is run by a transdisciplinary team of community support workers, including people with a lived experience of mental health challenges and wellbeing, and a service manager.
There are weekly fees/costs for participants.
Please contact us for more information or to discuss your situation.
You can stay for a maximum of 12 months.
