Coaching to support your goals
We provide flexible, community-based support, so you can identify your values and goals and make progress towards achieving them.
The number of hours of support provided and the kind of work we do with each person depends on eligibility for different programs. This can range from an hour or two a week to daily check-ins and intensive support.
Using a coaching model our support workers use their professional skills and lived experience to listen and support you during regular visits with you in your home and local community. Their role is to support you to increase your independence and build skills, including in self-advocacy.
