About Neami Broadmeadows

The Psychosocial Support Service offers individual coaching and group activities to support recovery for people with severe mental health issues, who are not eligible for the NDIS.

Who is this for?

Experience severe mental health issues
Are not eligible for the NDIS or your NDIS application has been declined
Live in or are connected to the areas of:
- Darebin
- Hume
- Merri-bek
- Yarra
- Melbourne
- Moonee Valley
- Macedon Ranges.

Our Programs

Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Service (CPS)

One-to-one coaching and group activities that support recovery for people with severe mental health issues.

What to expect

Accessing the service

Anyone can make a referral to the Psychosocial Support Service including:

you
your Doctor or General Practitioner (GP)
a family member or friend
other mental health or health services.
