The Sustaining Tenancies program provides outreach and case management support for people in social housing to address complex needs that can affect sustaining a tenancy.
Working with a recovery approach, we offer support that builds the capacity of each participant and their household members to manage a tenancy independently.
The program reduces homelessness due to at-risk tenancies and increases participants' social connection to improve overall wellbeing.
