Neami may create and use apps to help staff provide services to consumers. Consumers will be informed if an app will be used to carry out services. Each app will be specific to the requirements of the service, and will collect information, including personal information, service provision details, medical history, and location services.
Each Neami app will have a separate app-specific Privacy Notice (available on the service website) which will provide further details of information we collect, use, and disclose through an app.
Information collected through Neami apps is stored on Amazon Web Services.
Our App Privacy Statement, Website Privacy Statement, and Privacy Policy comply with the legal obligations of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our privacy information also adheres to the privacy requirements of both Google Play and Apple when installing Neami apps from their respective stores.
