Neami’s 2024 Workplace Gender Equality Report

Neami has recently submitted the 2024 annual report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act).

At Neami, we continue to have strong participation of women in the workforce, including:

  • Almost 72% of Neami’s staff are women
  • Women are strongly represented (almost 70%) at every level of management
  • 85% of all manager promotions were awarded to female staff.

Over the next reporting period, Neami will continue to promote and support gender equality in the workplace through the provision of flexible work options, promotion of equality and through the offering of generous leave provisions, such as paid parental leave, partner leave, wellness leave, gratis leave and special circumstances leave.
