Neami Hurstville provides individual support for people with mental health condition with mental health needs, alongside housing and homelessness support. We support people in their recovery while also helping them to strengthen their connections to the community and support networks.

What to expect
The Way Back NSW
The Way Back NSW is an aftercare service for people who have attempted suicide or experienced suicidal distress. It provides non-clinical care and practical support for up to three months following discharge from hospital.
This service is free for participants.
