Workplace Gender Equality Report

Neami’s 2023 report has been submitted to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act).

At Neami (as in the community services sector more broadly) we have strong participation of women in the workforce. Here are some key stats:

  • Almost 73% of Neami’s staff are women
  • Women are strongly represented (72%) at every level of management
  • 50% of our Board are women.
  • 71% of all manager promotions were awarded to female staff.

We will continue our strong record of promoting and supporting gender equality in the workplace through flexible work options and industry leading parental leave provisions.
