About Partners in Wellbeing

Partners in Wellbeing is a free and confidential phone-based service that supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges. It offers one-on-one support to help improve emotional wellbeing and build resilience

This service is available to people aged 16 and over living in Victoria and is delivered entirely via telephone, making it accessible from the comfort and privacy of home.

Who is this for?

To access Partners in Wellbeing, you need to be 16 or over and: 

  • living in Victoria 
  • experiencing increased life stressors  
  • your usual coping strategies are not working 
  • noticing signs of anxiety, depression or stress that have lasted more than a few weeks.

What to expect

  • Mental health and wellbeing coaching
  • Practical strategies to manage stress and emotional challenges
  • A compassionate, non-clinical approach focused on recovery and empowerment
  • No referral or mental health care plan required.
