What to expect

Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) is a Western Australian program offering up to 2 years of personalised support for people with complex mental health needs.  

ICLS aims to help people reach their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. It provides both independent support packages and supports that are connected to housing options. 

Eligibility

The ICLS program supports individuals aged 18 to 65 who: 

  • are nominated by their local community mental health service or private mental health service 
  • are referred and approved by the Mental Health Commission for an ICLS package of support
