This strip of artwork on metal fencing is one of many surrounding the construction of Ellenbrook train station. This initiative provides work for local artists, prevents the area from being an eye-sore, and would help reduce noise pollution. I found it interesting to note that the streetlight pole appears to extend from the petal of the painted blue flower.
