South Australia

Mental Health Triage Service

The SA Health Mental Health Triage Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Adelaide residents

The Urgent Mental Health Care Centre (UMHCC) located at 215 Grenfell Street offers in-person mental health support 24/7. It’s an alternative to going to the hospital emergency department. 

SA Police and Mental Health Triage can refer directly to the UMHCC on 08 8448 9100. SA Ambulance can refer via the SAAS Health Navigator or after hours on 08 8448 9100. 

Neami doesn’t offer emergency support elsewhere at this stage.
