Our team will work with you to understand what will help right now, and then if needed, help you find the right support for later.
Support from people who have lived through it.
Many of our staff have experienced a mental health crisis themselves and understand what you may be going through.

Our recovery-focused approach helps us to understand your needs. We offer a single point of entry where you can chat to someone and be referred to the most appropriate services that meet your needs.
A new way to access mental health and wellbeing support
Whether you’re trying to improve your sense of wellbeing, looking for help with something that’s bothering you, or helping someone you care about, Townsville Medicare Mental Health Centre is here for you.
We also offer support for carers and families of people experiencing distress.
