STEP-Link supports people in temporary accommodation, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, to obtain permanent, safe and affordable housing. 

The program, based on our successful STEP service, is for people sleeping rough to secure long-term housing and access wrap-around support to remain housed. 

Working with each person allows us to address other parts of life, such as physical and mental health needs, drug and alcohol use or financial independence. STEP-Link ensures the right support is in place to maintain a long-term tenancy. 

We work in partnership with health services, general practitioners and other community services to address the needs of people with complex health needs and long histories of sleeping rough. 

STEP-Link is funded by the NSW Government Department of Communities and Justice and delivered by Neami.
