What to expect

Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI)

Through the HASI program, we provide flexible, community-based support, so people can:

  • Identify their values and goals and make progress towards achieving them
  • Manage medication and treatment
  • Enhance their physical health and wellbeing
  • Participate in the community of choice
  • Gaining greater independence

People work with a support worker who will use their professional skills to listen and support people them regular visits in their home and local community.

Together Home

Together Home provides access to safe, secure and affordable housing and the support needed to help sustain a tenancy.

Access to housing and support through the program works to address people’s needs while building individual capability and capacity. By understanding each person’s needs and goals, Together Home also fosters local connections to support people to thrive in the community.

The Housing-First program is delivered in partnership between Neami and local Community Housing Limited.

Together Home is a key initiative supporting the Premier’s Priority to halve street homelessness by 2025. This initiative aims to transition people onto a trajectory away from homelessness and into long-term, stable housing, whilst improving overall personal wellbeing.

Group programs

Our group programs support people to develop knowledge, skills and resources that are consistent with their personal goals and values. Neami Central Coast offers the group programs Flourish and the Optimal Health Program.
