Neami Connect offers a national phone number (1300 063 264) for Neami consumers and carers to keep in touch if access to their regular worker is not available during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In such cases, Neami Connect staff will contact the consumer's regular Neami service to ensure that they are aware of the consumer's current situation and needs.
Neami Connect also provides consumers with general information regarding Neami's response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and general information about how this may impact their service.
