Head to Health Pop Up clinics provide free mental health and wellbeing support for those who are experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed, or are worried about themselves or someone they care about.

The clinics offer support from a multi-disciplinary team including mental health support workers, psychologists, mental health nurses, mental health occupational therapists, social workers, and peer workers who have a lived experience of mental illness and recovery.

We offer video and phone-supported mental health and assessment services, as well as face-to-face support were recommended by a clinician.

The Head to Heath Pop Up is a free service for people who are:

• experiencing distress, feeling overwhelmed or are worried about their wellbeing
• experiencing increased life stressors due to COVID-19
• Noticing usual coping strategies are not working
• do not need urgent medical attention.

Individuals, carers, families, health professionals and other community services can make referrals after discussing the referral with the individual.

We encourage referrals from people with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and refugees.
